The client had been involved in a motor vehicle accident with resulting incomplete quadriplegia. The client lives alone and was independent and performs all of his daily activities. The entire condominium had been built with universal and accessible home design and has a 5’x 5’ turning radius throughout the home. The client uses a power assist manual wheelchair and after several months of living within the new home environment he is very satisfied with the functionality level.
